In order to replace the proprietary mini trauma dressing and compact chest seals of the MTKN with full size components, the BFG design team reshaped the outer pouch and inner shingle to offer the most streamlined package possible.

The MTKN!-PLUS+ offers the same high speed access and security for the trauma first aid pouch gear as the other MTKN! and TKN! med pouches by virtue of the inner med pouch shingle detaching instantly from the outer pouch with a pull of the ambidextrous tabs.
